Lensar has acquired the laser business unit of Precision Eye Services, Lensar announced in a press release.
The companies first formed a commercial alliance in 2014 and launched the mobile laser cataract service with the Lensar laser system. Under Lensar’s ownership, PES customers will have direct access to Lensar’s technology and its sales, service and technical teams, the release said.
