Lineage Cell Therapeutics’ Vision Restoration Program awarded NIH grant

Lineage Cell Therapeutics has received a $670,621 Small Business Innovation Research grant from the NIH, according to a press release.
The funds are to support the company’s Vision Restoration Program, which generates three-dimensional human retinal tissue derived from pluripotent cells and aims to address severe retinal degenerative conditions.
