The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons congress will be held online Oct. 2 to 4, according to a press release.
The in-person congress, which was to be held in Amsterdam Oct. 3 to 7, has been canceled due to safety concerns for members, delegates, industry partners and staff amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The concurrent Euretina, EuCornea and World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus congresses will also be held virtually.
