Dr. Memarzadeh reviews some of the indications where anti-VEGF therapy may be used: neovascular glaucoma (NVG), as an adjunct to trabeculectomy in place of MMC or 5-FU, or as a rescue therapy in the event of a failed trabeculectomy.
