In the absence of a submission from the holder of the marketing authorisation, the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) does not recommend bromfenac (Yellox ®) eye drops for use within NHS Scotland as a treatment of postoperative ocular inflammation following cataract extraction in adults.
