Section 4.2 of the Ganfort (bimatoprost 0.3mg with timolol 5mg per 1 mL) eye drops SPC has been updated to include the following information on administration:-
Ganfort should be administered either in the morning or in the evening and adminstered at the same time each day
Existing literature data for Ganfort suggests that evening dosing may be more effective in intra-occular pressure (IOP) lowering than morning dosing. However, consideration should be given to the likelihood of compliance (Read more...)
