(NYSE American: NBY) (“NovaBay” or the “Company”) announces that its Special Meeting of Stockholders held on November 22, 2024 has been adjourned until December 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time to provide stockholders additional time to vote on Proposal One and Proposal Two. Both proposals received significant support based on the shares that have been voted by stockholders but have yet to reach the 50% threshold of favorabl
