RCOphth Diabetic retinopathy screening DRS and the ophthalmology clinic set up in England
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the most common cause of visual loss in the working age population of the UK. Systematic comprehensive screening for DR aims to reduce visual impairment due to diabetic eye disease. This document provides guidance on implementing the English National Screening Programme for Diabetic Retinopathy (ENSPDR).
