An Unusual Case of Epidermal Iris Cyst

We report an unusual case of an iris cyst with a white mass in the anterior chamber (AC). The diagnosis of epidermal cyst was confirmed histopathologically. A 24-year-old man visited us for a white mass in the AC of his right eye. The cornea had been injured and sutured 2 years before. Nine months before, an iris cyst had been diagnosed at a local hospital and treated by YAG laser photoablation, but the white mass continued growing.
