Latanoprostene sustains nocturnal, diurnal IOP lowering

ORLANDO, Fla. — Once-daily latanoprostene bunod lowered IOP more than twice-daily timolol in an 8-week randomized crossover study of patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, according to a speaker here at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology meeting. IOP was measured every 2 hours in 20 patients at baseline, at 4 weeks when crossover was implemented and at 8 weeks.
