Zeiss enters U.S. commercial collaboration with AMO, introduces new products at AAO

CHICAGO —  Carl Zeiss Meditec announced during a press briefing here that it has entered into a non-exclusive commercial collaboration with Abbott Medical Optics in the United States.Ludwin Monz, PhD, MBA, president and CEO of Carl Zeiss Meditec, said Zeiss’ cataract surgery products will also continue to be available through the existing Zeiss distribution channel.
