VIENNA — At the Advanced Retinal Therapy meeting here, Carl D. Regillo, MD, highlights the advantages of the treat-and-extend regimen of anti-VEGF administration. Three-year results are now available, showing that this type of treatment schedule leads to more effective and stable results than as needed dosing, with an overall higher number of injections per year and fewer visits.
