Alimera receives marketing authorization for Iluvien in Poland
Alimera Sciences has been granted marketing authorization for Iluvien by the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products in Poland, according to a press release.Iluvien (fluocinolone acetonide intravitreal implant) treats vision impairment associated with chronic diabetic macular edema that does not have a sufficient response to other therapies.
