High spectacle independence, patient satisfaction seen with At Lisa trifocal toric IOL

SAN DIEGO — A trifocal toric IOL may result in a high degree of spectacle independence and patient satisfaction, according to a presentation here.At the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery annual meeting, Ekkehard Fabian, MD, presented the refractive results and intraoperative on-axis markerless alignment of the At Lisa trifocal toric 939 IOL (Carl Zeiss Meditec) in 33 cataract patients using an online image-processing system.
