Second Sight reports 265% increase in revenue in third quarter
Second Sight Medical Products reported $2.2 million in net revenue in the third quarter, a 265% increase compared with $609,000 in the same quarter of 2014, according to a press release. The increase was attributed to a higher number of implanted Argus II retinal prostheses. Fifteen devices were implanted in the third quarter compared with five in the same quarter of 2014.
