LAS VEGAS — At the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting, Rohit Varma, MD, MPH, discusses a study that found patients with faster growing geographic atrophy lesions associated with dry age-related macular degeneration were at greater risk for experiencing a decline in reading speed.
