Topcon announced it has acquired 50.1% shares of ifa systems, according to a press release.Services offered by ifa, located in Germany, include development, marketing and consulting regarding health IT within the eye care industry as well as selling electronic medical record systems that can connect to various types of ophthalmic examination devices.
