Glaukos initiates commercial launch of iStent inject in Canada
Glaukos has commercially launched the iStent inject trabecular micro-bypass stent in Canada, according to a press release. Health Canada approved the iStent inject to reduce IOP in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliative glaucoma or pigmentary glaucoma. The device may be combined with cataract surgery or used as a standalone procedure, the release said.
