Study: Individualized ranibizumab regimen improves visual acuity in patients with CRVO

Individualized dosing of ranibizumab guided by stabilization criteria significantly improved best corrected visual acuity in patients with macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion, a study found.The prospective, single-arm CRYSTAL study included 357 patients with macular edema secondary to CRVO; 333 patients were evaluated after the first 12 months of the study.
