TPG Capital to acquire Beaver-Visitec
TPG Capital has entered into a definitive agreement with RoundTable Healthcare Partners to acquire Beaver-Visitec, according to a RoundTable press release. The transaction will include brands of Beaver blades, Visitec cannulae and instruments, Merocel and Weck-Cel ophthalmic fluid management products, and Wet-Field Eraser electrosurgery products.
