VIDEO: SightLife subsidiary created to drive innovation in effort to cure corneal blindness
CHICAGO — SightLife President and CEO Monty Montoya announced at the Ophthalmology Innovation Summit the launch of SightLife Surgical, a new subsidiary aimed at eliminating corneal blindness worldwide by 2040.Created with $10 million in Series A financing from the health care investment firm Flying L Partners, SightLife Surgical is a for-profit subsidiary of the nonprofit SightLife.
