Johnson & Johnson reported net earnings of $3.8 billion, or $1.40 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2017, compared with net earnings of $3.99 billion, or $1.43 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2016.Sales increased 1.9% to $18.8 billion in the second quarter, according to a company press release.
