Strathspey Crown to acquire ShoutMD
ShoutMD will be acquired by Strathspey Crown Holdings from Alphaeon, according to a press release. Strathspey Crown, a growth equity firm specializing in lifestyle health care, will acquire the social media platform in its entirety, including all technology and intellectual property rights, the release said. The company will sublicense ShoutMD on a nonexclusive basis to the World Physicians Organization if the deal is approved by the Alphaeon board of directors and certain key shareholders.
