Hydrus microstent yields lower IOP, rapid visual recovery

NEW YORK — Two-year results of the HORIZON study showed phacoemulsification combined with a Hydrus microstent significantly lowered IOP compared with phacoemulsification alone, according to a speaker here. In addition, patients who received the Hydrus were statistically more likely to remain medication-free.
