The study, currently ongoing at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, was presented in a poster at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting by Ramin Khoramnia, MD, and co-authors. It included 28 patients who underwent refractive lens exchange with bilateral implantation of Synergy (Johnson & Johnson Vision), a diffractive continuous range of vision IOL that combines bifocal and extended depth of focus technologies.
