Short-term PFO endotamponade effective in some vitreoretinal surgery cases

NEW YORK — In certain cases, short-term tamponade with perfluoro-n-octane provides good anatomical and functional outcomes, according to a poster presented at the American Society of Retina Specialists annual meeting.
