VAUGHAN, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bausch + Lomb Corporation (NYSE/TSX: BLCO), a leading global eye health company dedicated to helping people see better to live better, today announced that Karen L. Ling has been appointed to its Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Current director Richard De Schutter will retire from the Board effective as of the company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).
