
A 70-year-old man presented for an urgent visit to the retina clinic for sudden painless vision loss of his right eye.
The patient had a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, obstructive sleep apnea, coronary artery disease status post quadruple bypass and type 2 diabetes.
