
LOS ANGELES — Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery demonstrated improved workflow when performed with a sterile technique vs. a non-sterile technique, Taylor B. Strange, DO, told Healio.
A study presented at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery meeting examined a sterile workflow of the Ally femtosecond laser system (Lensar) compared with an older non-sterile model.
