LONG BEACH, Calif. — In this video from the American Society of Retina Specialists annual meeting, Diana V. Do, MD, FASRS, discusses a post hoc analysis of the OAKS and DERBY studies of pegcetacoplan in bilateral geographic atrophy.
Do said that untreated sham eyes and fellow eyes grew at similar rates over 24 months, with the eyes continuing to grow at that same rate over the duration of the studies.
