VirtuaLens launched the Immersive IOL Simulator, a virtual reality platform designed to compare IOL options before cataract surgery, according to a press release.
The platform allows patients to explore monofocal, multifocal and premium IOL options through real-life scenarios, with simulations such as golf courses, nighttime driving and home kitchens. Additional features include side-by-side comparisons between IOLs and allowing family members to view the simulations.
