
COPENHAGEN, Denmark— Glaucoma devices augmented with Ologen helped reduce IOP and the number of medications used in pediatric patients, according to a study.
In a presentation at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons meeting, Brenda L. Bohnsack, MD, PhD, said Ologen (Aeon Astron) is placed on the back of an Ahmed glaucoma valve (New World Medical) to help prevent scarring.
