The majority of the 2020 OTS content, now scheduled for Aug. 6 to 8, will be staged and streamed from Southern California as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, opening the possibility of reaching a greater number of participants than in previous years, according to Octane CEO Bill Carpou.
