WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — Richard L. Lindstrom, MD, presented an introspective look at his time in the ophthalmology field, as well as his work with Healio/Ocular Surgery News, at Hawaiian Eye 2022.
Lindstrom gave a quick history of his career, which began at the University of Minnesota in 1969. From there, in 1989, Lindstrom began his own practice.
“We started with six employees and a fellow,” he said. “Now, we are in the range of 35 doctors and 400 employees and a lot more management issues.”
