LOS ANGELES — A dropless regimen for cataract surgery had similar inflammation rates as standard of care, according to a study presented at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery meeting.
“The purpose of this study was to determine if the administration of intracameral phenylephrine and ketorolac, or Omidria [Rayner], along with subconjunctival triamcinolone and intracameral moxifloxacin results in an equal or lower proportion of patients developing complications than those receiving the standard of care, which would be topical drops,” Cathleen M.
