LOS ANGELES — In this Healio Video Perspective from the ASCRS meeting, Y. Ralph Chu, MD, shares positive results on phentolamine ophthalmic solution 0.75% for the reversal of mydriasis.
According to Chu, data on patient-reported outcomes show improvement of symptoms precedes complete reversal of mydriasis.
“Having a drop that can reverse dilation and improve symptoms as soon as an hour or two after dilation really improves the patient experience, and that is really important for all of us,” he said.
