My advice to set up an office-based surgery center is simple: Don’t try to reinvent the wheel.
These protocols and systems are well established and worked out by colleagues and firms that handle these centers. Starting an office-based surgery center is a large undertaking but can be very smooth if you use available resources.
My first recommendation would be to have someone in your practice who is the champion of this goal. (Read more...)
