The Canabrava Ring (AJL Ophthalmic) is an iris expansion ring made of PMMA. It can be used without an injector, has a small vertical length (0.4 mm) and is easy to manipulate in the eye (Figure 1).
McPherson forceps are used to insert the first half of the ring into the eye, and then the other half is rotated into the eye using
