A 63-year-old Vietnamese-speaking man with a history of scleritis in the left eye, epiretinal membrane, dry eye syndrome and age-related cataracts presented to the retina clinic for a follow-up on a chronic blind, painful left eye.
The patient had a long-standing blind, painful left eye since 2020, but the cause was unknown.
