The FDA accepted a new drug application for K-911, an investigational eye drop for open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension that has shown promise over standard treatment, according to a press release from Kowa Pharmaceuticals.
The agency set a PDUFA date of April 30, 2027, for K-911, also known as NCX 470. If the drop is approved, Kowa expects a U.S. launch in the second half of next year.
