Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography predicted visual prognosis of commotio retinae, according to a study.The retrospective review included 52 eyes of 52 patients with outer retinal atrophy resulting from closed-globe trauma. The authors analyzed correlations between OCT features and best corrected visual acuity.
