Novartis reports $11.6 billion in net sales in first quarter

Novartis reported $11.6 billion in net sales in the first quarter compared with $11.9 billion in the same quarter of 2015, according to a press release. Net income was reported at $2 billion in the first quarter compared with $2.3 billion reported in the same quarter of 2015.
