President-elect Trump stands by plan to ‘repeal, replace’ Affordable Care Act

Calling it a “complete and total disaster,” President-elect Donald J. Trump today reaffirmed he will repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.Trump also announced he will unveil a proposed replacement plan shortly after Tom Price, his nominee for HHS secretary, is confirmed by the Senate.
