Visco 360 system approved by Health Canada
Health Canada has approved the Visco 360 viscosurgical system for the microcatheterization and transluminal viscodilation of Schlemm’s canal to reduce IOP in adults with open-angle glaucoma, according to a Sight Sciences press release.The single-handed, single-use device combines a custom-access cannula, a soft and flexible microcatheter with an atraumatic tip, an internal infusion pump, gear mechanism and viscoelastic reservoir, the release said.
