Patients report quality of life improvements after wavefront-guided LASIK

WASHINGTON — Vision-related quality of life and subjective vision satisfaction scores increased after bilateral wavefront-guided LASIK surgery, according to a paper presented here.
The prospective cohort study of 42 patients who underwent wavefront-guided LASIK between April 2014 and February 2016 evaluated patient-reported vision-related quality of life factors through 1 year using the Refractive Status and Vision Profile (RSVP) questionnaire.
