This CKS topic is based on the guideline Glaucoma: diagnosis and management of chronic open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension developed by the National institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and takes account of guidelines developed by the College of Optometrists and by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. This CKS topic covers the recognition and management in primary care of chronic open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
