Lupin Sued by Allergan in US Over Eye Drug
The US subsidiary of the Indian drugmaker Lupin has been sued by the US firm Allergan alleging that the former would be infringing its patent coverage by attempting to manufacture and market a generic version of Zymaxid 0.5% (Gatifloxacin opthalmic solution) in the US market.
