Cutera to purchase assets of IRIDEX’ global aesthetic business
Cutera, Inc. and IRIDEX Corporation today announced that the companies have entered into a binding agreement for Cutera to purchase certain assets of IRIDEX' global aesthetic business for approximately $5.1 million.
