Pallimed recalls all sterile compound products
Pallimed Solutions, doing business as Pallimed Pharmacy, has recalled all sterile compound products dispensed since Jan. 1, 2013, due to the presence of visible particulates in several vials of different products, according to press releases from the company and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.The products, used for ophthalmic preparations and other therapeutic uses, are packaged in glass vials and were distributed through March 22 in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia (Read more...)
