TrueVision granted CE mark for cataract surgery software
TrueVision 3D Surgical has been granted CE mark approval for its Refractive Cataract Toolset software, according to a company news release. The software incorporates customized patient parameters, computer-based guidance applications and 3-D visualization in real time during surgery. It is meant for use with the stereoscopic, 3-D, high-definition TrueVision Visualization and Guidance System to aid with astigmatic correction and IOL alignment during cataract surgery.
